Welcome to the Global Tender Services (GTS) offered by the Indian Trade Portal developed and maintained by FIEO. These Terms of Use ("Terms") outline the conditions for using our tender services (hereinafter referred to as "GTS - Global Tender Services"). By using our services, you’re agreeing to our Terms. We encourage you to take a moment to read them. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Account Registration

1.1. To use our tender services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Access to Tender Services During Trial Period

2.1. ITP Tender Services offers a limited-time free trial to users.

2.2. During the trial period, users can view and download tender documents solely for internal business purposes.

2.3. Users must provide basic registration details including a user & organisation detail, valid email address and phone number to access the trial services.

2.4. Access to tender data during the trial is subject to fair use and is intended to help users evaluate the usefulness of the platform.

2.5. After the trial period ends, access to the service may be restricted unless otherwise extended by ITP.

3. Tender Information and Responsibility

3.1. ITP strives to ensure that the tender information provided is accurate and timely. However, due to dependency on external sources, ITP makes no representations regarding the completeness, reliability, or availability of tenders.

3.2. ITP is not responsible for cancellations, delays, changes, or failures in awarding tenders.

3.3. Users are expected to conduct their own due diligence and reach out to the issuing authorities as needed.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Usage

4.1. Users may access and download tender documents for internal reference and business evaluation only during the trial period.

4.2. Resale, redistribution, publication, or sharing of downloaded tender data is strictly prohibited.

4.3. Any misuse of the data may result in immediate suspension of trial access and may lead to legal consequences.

5. User Responsibilities and Content

5.1. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload/share/download on the platform, and such content must comply with ITP usage guidelines.

5.2. ITP reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Data Privacy

6.1. All personal and business data shared during trial registration and use of the Service will be treated confidentially and used strictly for service operations.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. ITP is not a party to any tender process and does not mediate disputes between users and tendering authorities.

8. Modifications to Terms

8.1. ITP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided for any significant changes.

8.2. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
